Returns, Damages and Issues

We do not offer returns for any of our Dope Math Notebooks, Dope Math Merchandise, or Dope Math Gift Cards.

Inspect Your Order:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchange Policy for Defective Items:
We have a 14-day exchange policy for items that arrive defective or damaged. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange.

How to Start an Exchange:
To begin the exchange process, please contact us at orders@frasersmathematicssolutions.com. We will provide you with a specific return address and a shipping label if your exchange is approved, along with instructions on how to send your package back to us. Once we receive the item, we’ll guide you on how to reorder your item with the appropriate discounts applied.
